Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, Taryn Snyder, PA-C, MMS started her career in Chicago, IL, where she founded her own personal training and massage company, as well as taught fitness and managed health clubs throughout the city. She then received both her bachelor’s degree and Master’s of Medical Science degree as a Physician Assistant from Northwestern University. She currently holds ACE, AFAA and AAAI personal training and coaching certifications, as well as being a ASCP certified phlebotomist.
Her passion lies in helping others live full, active lives by eating well, exercising regularly and ensuring access to proper health care. Taryn has called Denver home for the past two decades, raising her three children here. As a busy mom on-the-go, she enjoys cycling, running, snowboarding and hiking with her family. A former competitive athlete, Taryn has also participated in numerous marathons and triathlons. After spending five years as an orthopedic/trauma PA at Swedish Hospital, she now assists Dr. David Wong in minimally invasive lumbar spine surgery and in the clinic.
